Jun 26, 2013:

The Secretary Genera of the China Daoist Association, the highest authority of the Daoist religion worldwide will accompany four other key members of the Association from Beijing when they come to ARC's headquarters in Bath, UK. During their visit the delegation will discuss a range of practical environmental projects with ARC ranging from tackling the illegal wildlife trade to making some of the great pilgrimage places of China more ecological.

The meeting represents the continuing development of the relationship between the two organisations, which includes the membership of Chinese shrine city Louguan in the Green Pilgrimage Network and a crucial collaboration to combat the international trade in illegal wildlife.

After the meeting at the Kelston Park offices the Daoist group will spend the evening in Bath before returning to London.
