Faith leaders in Copenhagen

December 8, 2009:

The world's faith leaders are in Copenhagen to push for decisive action on carbon emissions at the historic United Nations Climate Change Conference - and faith TV and internet broadcasters are there to record their thoughts on faith in action at COP-15.

Odyssey Networks is the US's largest coalition of Christian, Jewish and Muslim faith groups dedicated to promoting peace and social justice and Mark Dowd, of UK-based Operation Noah, is producer/presenter of Odyssey Networks' "Faith at the Summit" programme.

Mark interviewed Rev Dr Joan Brown Campbell (Chautauqua Institution), Rev Richard Cizik (New Evangelicals) and Venerable Bhikku Bodhi (Buddhist Global Relief) on the spiritual crisis underlying climate change, in the first of many reports he'll be making from Copenhagen. Click below to hear what they had to say.
